I'm a therapist with 20 years of experience helping adults and adolescents with grief, trauma, mental health, sex and sexuality, problematic substance use, behavioral addictions, and many other concerns. I use a harm reduction approach to substance use. I am open-minded and non-judgmental, and LGBTQ+ allied. I primarily meet with clients using the HMSA online care platform, and can also accommodate other Telehealth options. I can work with clients who are residents of Virginia, Oregon, and Hawaii, or who live overseas.
