I provide a unique blend of counseling and coaching to help clients emerge from depression, overcome stress and anxiety and navigate life transitions such as: career change, adoption, grief and school challenges. I use EMDR in treating traumatic life events. Perhaps you feel like something is missing or out of balance and you want to find a better way.
