Welcome! Life is hard and asking for help can be harder. Therapy can provide the support you need to successfully navigate the stress of your daily experience. Effective therapy begins with the client-therapist relationship and my goal is to facilitate growth through a non-judgmental approach to the work. My therapeutic style is informed by my experience working with individuals and families struggling with a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem issues, substance use, relationship conflict, legal difficulties and more.
