Hi, I'm Jason. My initial (and primary) job is to listen carefully and intentionally. It is the foundation of any helpful therapeutic relationship. My aim is to do this humbly and curiously. This helps me get a picture of who you are, challenges you may be facing, and potential root causes of presenting problems. From there, we will work together on a path forward. There are generally several contributing factors to any given struggle. These all intersect and inform who we are and how we move out into the world. I'd be honored to journey with you into self-discovery, growth, and healing.
