My approach benefits those who struggle with depressed moods, wish to confront fears that limit their ability to fully experience life, are burdened by the memories of violence and abuse, want to overcome their loss, have unresolved issues regarding spirituality, and wish to connect more meaningfully with others. My role as your counselor is to help you in navigating challenges and obstacles life has brought your way. I provide a safe and supportive environment where, using empirically supported techniques and our own creativity, we develop insights and solutions to personal difficulties.
