Exploring our existential anxieties and fears in safe place allows us to build a greater awareness of our freedom, responsibility, and choices. The goal is not just to alleviate distress, but to embrace the uncertainties of life, live authentically, and find personal fulfillment. I want to help people confront their fears and live more purposefully, seeking an authentic existence despite the existential challenges they face.
