As an openly gay man, I understand the importance of having a safe and supportive space to explore identity, belonging and growth in a non-judgemental space. My personal experience has shaped my approach to therapy, where I strive to create a warm, inclusive space for clients facing specific needs. My approach is integrative, drawing primarily from psychodynamic therapy, with influences derived from many theories, but some being person centered, relational, and feminist theory. Together, we will explore how past experiences, emotions and relationships shape your present, helping you gain insight and make meaningful change. I am particularly interested.
