As a first responder of over 16 years I know the effects of mental health, both personally and professionally. I’m here to be a support system for anyone needing a hand and help you on your journey towards growth and autonomyby providing the skills necessary to keep pushing and succeeding. The ideal client is open-minded and serious about their mental health and growth, and will put in the work in and between sessions. Clients will learn the power to succeed is in their hands. Strength is measured by your ability to persevere and push through, and I am here to help. I also utilize Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) with clients.
