I believe change happens through genuine connection and work from a psychodynamic, relational perspective - I bring deep listening, genuine curiosity about your experience, and a collaborative approach that helps you discover strengths you might not know you have. People seek therapy for a variety of reasons, some of them not always clear at the outset. Maybe you're curious about therapy, or perhaps you're feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you. Wherever you are on this journey, I look forward to exploring what support might look like for you. My clients range from young adults navigating issues of identity and place, to adults navigating major life events, grief, loss and trauma, or simply making the brave choice to look more deeply and insightfully at themselves.
