I strive to create a comfortable space of non-judgement with everyone I work with. As all clients are unique, I'll orient my approach to the kinds of activities I believe would be most beneficial and relatable to you. Therapeutic approaches I draw from include: Humanistic psychology, mindfulness, and cognitive behavioral therapy. For those inclined, I can bring creative arts into our sessions to encourage reflection and healing. I am deeply committed to my work as a therapist, as I feel it brings the best of my skills together in the service of my clients. I'm an artist at heart, with background in music and the performing arts.
