Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected—from themselves or from others. I work with men, women, and teens who are navigating anxiety, depression, procrastination, work stress, family challenges, and performance pressures. My approach is practical and compassionate, helping clients understand what’s driving their struggles and develop tools to create real, lasting change. My style is straightforward and relaxed, with just enough structure to keep us moving forward. I’m not afraid to bring sarcasm and laughter into the room, because therapy should feel real and human.
