I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master of Social Work from Grand Valley State University and a Master of Fine Art in Painting from Virginia Commonwealth University. I seeks to provide individuals with a sense of safety, curiosity and platform for growth. Addressing experiences with trauma, chronic medical conditions, pain, depression, understanding identity, and anxiety. The primarily therapeutic processes I uses are Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Somatic Experiencing (SE student with two years of training). The aim being to help individuals work on the relationship between mind, body and action.
