My ideal client is an older adolescent (ages 16+) or adult who feels out of alignment with themselves or their life. They may be experiencing depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, or other mental health challenges, and often feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure why things feel harder than they should. Many are navigating life transitions and are seeking a safe, nonjudgmental space to explore thoughts and emotions, gain clarity, and develop practical tools for growth. Their goal is to feel more grounded, emotionally regulated, and aligned in how they show up in their lives.
