I work with Adults, Seniors, and Past/Current Emergency Services and Military as well as their families. Presenting problems I deal with most include: Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Anxiety/Phobias, Depression, Military/Family Life Issues, Anger Management, and struggles with the principles and commands of Christian scripture. I offer a variety of evidenced-based treatment modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), cognitive processing therapy (CPT), exposure therapy, and other trauma therapies.
