I have experience working with people from many different backgrounds who face depression, anxiety, abuse, trauma, and grief. I have worked with adults, couples, and families and have a passion for working with the LGBTQIA+ communities working through trauma, identity issues, and the coming out process. I am certified to work with clients via telehealth. My goal is to provide a warm, caring, accepting environment in which you can express yourself. My goal is to help you feel empowered, to handle life's challenges, and to find joy in life. I believe everyone is capable of healing and should be free to be their authentic selves.
