I work well with people who are motivated to reconnect with themselves in a deeper way, as I encourage movement towards self-acceptance, forgiveness, and inspiration. I am a person-centered therapist who offers unconditional positive regard to my clients, regardless of their depth of pain and loss in life. I believe in the inner healing capacity of every human to find their way through times of confusion, emotional pain, loss of self, disconnection from others, and grief and to reconnect with a more optimized way of showing up for themselves and others.
