I work with adults, including veterans, facing addiction, trauma, grief, anxiety, or spiritual struggles. Life can feel heavy, and sometimes you need someone to sit with you and help untangle it. I create a safe, supportive space to explore what’s holding you back and rediscover your strengths. I’m a veteran, dually licensed as an MLADC and LICSW, and was honored as nhadaca's Counselor of the Year. Healing is a unique journey, and I’m here to meet you where you are.
