We often find ourselves feeling "stuck" or "trapped" in cycles that feel all too familiar, but that no longer serve us. My goal in therapy is to support you in creating a deeper understanding and awareness of these cycles, let go of old patterns, and to create anew. Self-esteem issues, relationships, and addiction are often avenues for which our traumas continue to affect our current reality. I've had extensive experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds struggling with issues related to addiction, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, eating disorders, trauma, mood disorders, LGBT+, and attachment-related issues.
