Hi, I'm Jaunty and I'm based in west Los Angeles. I see adults, teens, couples and families in and around LA who are ready to transform anxiety, depression, or trauma into meaningful growth and deeper connection. In a safe, non-judgmental space, I'll listen to your story, help you uncover the sometimes hidden emotional patterns rooted in family or childhood dynamics, and guide you toward clear-headed thinking and richer relationships. Drawing on cognitive-behavioral tools, psychodynamic insight, and a culturally-sensitive, strength-based stance, I help you identify the faulty thoughts, family tensions, or unhealed wounds that are holding you back, and replace them with renewed confidence, healthier bonds and a stronger sense of self.
