I am passionate about helping individuals navigate the challenges of life with compassion and clarity. I specialize in working with those experiencing mood disorders such as depression and anxiety, offering a supportive space to understand emotions, develop coping strategies, and foster personal growth. I also assist individuals who are adjusting to major life transitions, helping them find stability and meaning through change. I provide parents guidance for managing challenging behaviors and navigating complexities of their child’s developmental stages. I support families in creating healthier dynamics and improving communication. I have a particular passion for supporting Black men as they explore, unlearn, and relearn aspects of masculinity. In our work together, I hold space for the full range of their human experience—emotional, mental, and relational—while challenging restrictive cultural narratives and encouraging self-defined identity and healing.
