Hi, I’m Javier! Reaching out for help is a powerful first step, and I’m so glad you’re here. I’m an EMDR-trained, IFS-informed therapist specializing in trauma/PTSD, addiction, and the unique challenges faced by musical and visual artists. I also work extensively with anxiety, depression, LGBTQ+, Latinx-related issues, men’s issues, and chronic mental health conditions. As a bilingual Cuban-American therapist, I bring cultural sensitivity and genuine connection to clients from all backgrounds. It takes real courage to seek help. I’m here beside you, offering guidance and warmth as you grow, heal, and find clarity! I use strength-based tools like EMDR, Internal Family systems, Motivational interviewing, Cognitive behavioral Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy.
