Jay Burrows is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in Maine who has been practicing since 2011. Jay believes that we all experience challenges in our lives and that we sometimes become stuck along the way in addressing these challenges. He recognizes that the skills and knowledge to move through these challenges lie within each of us and Jay partners with his clients to help discover their inner strengths to foster positive change. Outside of the office, Jay enjoys spending time with family and friends and giving back to his community through volunteer work.
