I’m Jay Fellers, & since 1982 I’ve been helping individuals, couples, & families with warmth, insight, & practical tools that support real change. My therapy practice is a space where healing, growth, & transformation are possible, no matter how stuck or overwhelmed you might feel. Clients come to me for managing anxiety or stress, working through trauma, addiction issues, or struggling with ADHD. Some are trying to function at their best, in work, relationships, or creative pursuits, but keep hitting internal roadblocks.
