Hi! My name is Jay (he/him) and I am a Licensed Master Social Worker. My goal in working with you is to create a space that feels safe, affirming, and free of judgment so that you can feel supported in exploring what brought you to therapy at your own pace and in your own way. I have a deep understanding and compassion for the many social pressures and life challenges that can contribute to struggles like depression, anxiety, panic attacks, self-harm, and low self-esteem–especially among LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC individuals who often face unique barriers in these areas.
