I am accepting new clients as of November 1, 2025. With over 30 years experience as a mental health professional, I am adept at working with people experiencing a range of challenges in their lives. Expert in helping those struggling with life’s losses, traumas, and unexpected or expected changes. Specialization in working with people experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, and addiction, as well as bipolar disorders and psychosis type experiences. I hold LCSW licensure in both Georgia and NY states, enabling me to offer telehealth sessions to people in both states. Clinical supervision for LCSW and LPC candidates also provided. I work from a person-centered, trauma-informed perspective in which I have extensive training. I understand that it’s our experiences that shape us and influence us in the here and now. I'm comfortable with a variety of techniques and will join you to discover what is the best fit for your unique personhood and history.
