My name is Jay Mosoff. I'm a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I take an individualized approach to therapy by choosing therapeutic interventions that are best suited to my clients and their goals. I believe in unconditional positive regard and focus on anxiety and how it underlies depression and many other problems. I also love working with couples and families! Our sessions are a collaboration. I believe we all do the best we can and communicate that attitude in various ways. All in all, I work to create an environment where clients feel safe.
