Individual Therapy only, please. My primary approach to Psychotherapy is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Additionally, I am trained in a variety of non-traditional techniques. When these techniques are combined with traditional approaches, the results are impressive and lasting. I have over 25 years of experience is the helping industry and have a wide range of experience.
