Every individual holds many intricate, intersecting identities that influence our experiences and journeys through life. Navigating the challenges and stresses of life, especially through the pandemic and amidst all of the political turmoil going on has only become more challenging. When we are able to understand ourselves and channel our strengths, we are able to make more positive, healthy changes. I work with clients to identify personalized goals for therapy and a clear path to gaining self-insight and feeling empowered to lead a healthier life.
