I believe that each person’s story is rich with meaning, resilience, and wisdom. My purpose is to help people reclaim agency in their narratives, honor their experiences, and find empowerment in the face of life’s challenges. As a counseling intern who works through an ACT and Narrative therapy lens, helping individuals explore and reshape the stories that define their lives and help them live their lives in alignment with their values. I am particularly passionate about working with adults, including older adults who may be navigating the complexities of aging, end-of-life concerns, or contemplating their legacies.
