Together, we’ll focus on helping you be gentler with yourself, see your value more clearly, and learn how to nurture yourself in ways that allow you to grow, not just survive. I’m Jayla Wells, a licensed counselor supporting women who are navigating growth, identity, and healing in this season of life. I’m pursuing a Ph.D. in Counseling & Psychological Studies with a concentration in biblical counseling, blending clinical understanding with spiritual wisdom to support the whole you.
