If you’re feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, navigating past trauma, or facing big life changes, you’re not alone and we can work through it together. I work with children (8+), teens, adults, and older adults with varying challenges including but not limited to anxiety, trauma, mood disorders, co-occurring substance use concerns, relationship stress, and life transitions. In sessions, my approach is authentic, warm, and collaborative. We can explore how past experiences might be showing up in the present, and gently start shifting patterns that are keeping you stuck.
