I am an LGPC at Well Life Counseling and currently accepting new clients. I work with a wide range of clients who focus on adolescents, young adults, college students, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, identity development, relationship issues, life transitions, and academic or work-related stress. While also working with couples and families. My background as a soccer coach helps me build strong and motivating connections with clients of all ages. I have experience supporting older adults and individuals involved in the justice system, including those with histories of addiction or sexual offense.
