Life is hard, sometimes people need someone to listen when they are dealing with life transitions, loss, grief, family stress, job stress or relationship issues. People may benefit from talking to a mental health therapist. I have worked with individuals, families and couples for nine years, guiding them to work through anxiety, depression and other concerns. I have worked in the social work field for over twenty years helping young families become strong and resilient with early education opportunities and community resources.
