As a biracial therapist with extensive experience in various levels of mental health treatment including inpatient, intensive outpatient, outpatient, and MAT, my approach fosters resilience and personal growth. My experience in diverse mental health care settings allows me to work with individuals with complex diagnoses. Working with adolescents I like to work with the individual to utilize creative therapeutic tools such as art, games, and/or music to engage the adolescent meaningfully.
