Hi, I’m Jayme Frihart. I am a licensed clinical social worker in the state of California. I hold a master's degree in social work (MSW). I am also a certified clinical trauma professional, and I am trained in yoga. My experience has spanned through community mental health clinics, residential treatment, crisis case management, outpatient care, and hospitals. I like to have a discussion about the differences between goals, and values. From there we map out specific short and long-term goals, as well as values to act as a compass throughout the process.
