Welcome, I am Jayme. I would like to take a moment to congratulate you on taking the first step to creating and defining your best self. For me, there is no greater pleasure than you allowing me to witness and take part in your journey of personal acceptance and growth. I will help you navigate the therapeutic process and hold client autonomy and right to self-determination in the highest regard. I work to develop and maintain a healing relationship that is collaborative and equal. I am now offering additional TELEHEALTH sessions to adapt to the growing demand during this time. Very much looking forward to hearing from you! I combine a holistic approach, pulling from my previous education in both Eastern Herbal Medicine and traditional methods of psychotherapy. I believe that each person is a mosaic of hopes, dreams, and past experiences that have helped shape who he/she is today.
