Hi, my name is Jayme Parvaresh, and I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I believe growth and healing can begin in a safe, nurturing, and trusting space. I use a client-centered/humanistic approach to therapy and prioritize connecting with my clients. Other approaches I find helpful and use throughout the course of treatment include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), strength-based, solution-focused, and teleplay therapy.
