Ms. Trevino provides counseling services to children, adolescents, adults and families with a variety of challenges. Jayme is trained in cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing and a solution focused perspective. She also uses play based principles with her child clients to help them communicate their feelings and learn coping strategies for healthy living. Jayme has experience helping children adjust to divorce, improve low self-esteem and body image difficulties, along with processing bullying issues.
