I look to work with clients that are dealing with the day-to-day struggles and the stressors that affect us like work, relationships, self-worth, societal pressures, etc. Clients experiencing symptoms of depression and anxiety can be common among these factors. It is my goal to support my clients in processing their issues and gaining access to their potential and the possibilities they can achieve through different methods of psychotherapy. I support a variety of groups which include but are not limited to people of color, women, men. LGBT+. etc. I am currently accepting new clients.
