I am a dedicated mental health counselor (limited permit holder), committed to supporting individuals on their journey toward emotional well-being. With a background in psychology and counseling, I bring a compassionate and evidence-based approach to therapy. I work with children and adults, and work with a variety of problems, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, post-partum, relationship issues, and eating disorders. I utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques to empower clients and foster personal growth. I also holds a Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
