I feel it is a great privilege to be trusted by my clients and allowed into their personal experiences of life. I am very accepting of the expressions and variations of humanness I encounter. I will be direct when needed, within a foundation of understanding and compassion. I am comfortable with deep dives into trauma therapy as well as working on cognitive and emotional skills. With over 20 years of experience, my most developed areas of expertise are family therapy and parenting, treating eating disorders and anxiety, and trauma therapy using Internal Family Systems Therapy.
