I'm a licensed couple's and family therapist focused on relational conflict, couple's distress, life transitions and specialize in treating anxiety disorders. My experience includes work as a Supervisor at a Community Mental Health Agency and Clinical Experience at St Vincent's Hospital IOP. I'm a Certified Divorce and Family Mediator and a Certified Discernment Counselor for those on the brink of Divorce. I understand life can be overwhelming at times and often patient's feel disconnected and lonely.
