I'm a licensed couple's and family therapist focused on relational conflict, couple's distress, life transitions and specialize in treating anxiety disorders. My experience includes work as a Supervisor at a Community Mental Health Agency and Clinical Experience at St Vincent's Hospital IOP. I'm a Certified Divorce and Family Mediator and practice Discernment Counseling for those on the brink of Divorce. I understand life can be overwhelming at times and often patient's feel disconnected and lonely. My work is caring and collaborative and I strive to therapeutically uncover the negative patterns that keep patient's stuck in distress.
