I work with clients who are seeking conflict resolution skills, anger-management skills, coping skills, crisis resolution skills, healthy relationships, and more. I enjoy working with individuals and families, including couples, singles, and two-parent and/or single-parent households. I believe that, as the client, you possess innate abilities to hep improve your mental health, well being, and relationships. Your sessions will be yours. As your therapist, my goal will be to increase your awareness and insights, to expand your skillsets, and to provide a space where you can work at your own pace to achieve your identified goals.
