My ideal client is someone navigating anxiety, intrusive or obsessive thoughts, ADHD-related challenges, or attachment patterns that affect their relationships and sense of self. They may feel overwhelmed, misunderstood, or stuck during a season of transition and are seeking clarity, emotional regulation, and self-trust. As a bilingual therapist (English and Spanish), I strive to create a culturally sensitive, accessible space that feels safe and affirming, and faith-friendly when desired. I am drawn to helping clients untangle complex inner experiences with compassion, insight, and practical tools that support meaningful growth.
