I believe that empathy is the foundation of a healthy therapeutic relationship. I support my clients by meeting them where they are, and helping them discover new ways to process their emotions and overcome obstacles. My priority is to provide access to therapy for Black and Indigenous People of Color. I have also served incarcerated/system impacted communities, veterans, teens, adults, children with autism and their families.
