I have been working as a clinical social worker and therapist in Saratoga County for over 20 years. I have worked with adolescents and adults in various settings including school-based counseling, intensive outpatient treatment programs and as a supervisor in an adult services outpatient treatment clinic. I have experience with a variety of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma and substance use/ addiction issues. As an experienced clinician, I believe in staying informed and up to date with best practices in the field and have training with CBT, DBT and trauma-based approaches.
