In my practice I strive to individualize our work to fit each client's, couples' or family's needs. My approaches include relational therapy, trauma focused treatment, mindfulness practices, affect and developmental understandings among others. I place high value in confidentiality and creating a "good fit". I believe strongly in safe, discussed, pacing of treatment through interactive work. I make strong commitments to my work with clients and value highly the unique needs of each individual. I have worked in this field for over 30 years.
