As a former NFL team clinician, I worked with NFL players and families. I offer therapy for children, teens, men and women, who are navigating anxiety, trauma, high performance stress and life transitions. My approach is warm, direct, and customized to each individual or family, with evidence-based methods, like CBT, and for trauma, Brainspotting. If you're a high achieving adult feeling burned out, a teenager with identity pressures, or worried about your child's emotional health, I help reset and restore balance.
