I enjoy assisting clients in finding meaning, joy and connection in their lives. All of us have had painful and traumatic experiences. Modern life is very stressful, and sometimes we need guidance and support in how to cope with difficult circumstances we might find ourselves facing. I can offer a variety of methods to let go of the past and find clarity and peace in the present, and hope for the future. Meditation, mindfulness, guided imagery, and EMDR are some of the techniques I utilize most. I look forward to meeting and working with you!
